Customer support on the phone is part of the “standard equipment” of Premier Chemicals, even if you might not even ever have bought a ProMinent product. Despite a comprehensive product catalogue it is not always easy to choose the optimal product for the present task. Precisely for this reason we have the right product for almost every task. This requires quite some experience, which all of our technical supporters have.

On the phone we support you with the choice of the right products for your application and in many cases also for the optimization of entire application systems. In more complicated cases our supporters ask our field staff to visit you and discuss your problem on the spot. It goes without saying that you may also receive directly a quotation after effected clearance so that you will not have to retell your problem to a member of our field staff. That saves time and nerves.
