W.T is a one short product for treatment of large cooling water systems, containing all the necessary ingredients for a good and economical treatment against corrosion, scaling and microbiological fouling.
W.T is very good dispersant for all inorganic scales like calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, calcium phosphate and iron oxide or a combination of these inorganic scaled. This dispersing action comes from combination of unique polymers. As corrosion inhibitor W.T contains an amiortrisment hylenephosphonate that slowly hydrolyses phlyphosphate and orthophosphate and gives as well a catholic and an anodic inhibition against corrosion. On the other hand there is an organic corrosion inhibitor for allays based on copper, aluminum and zinc. The most efficient and most economical biocide is chlorine, chorodioxide for bleach ( sodium hypochlorite).
The maximum needed in not more than 0.2 ppm free chlorine measured in the cooling water that flows to the plant from the cooling tower, W.T contains a catalyst that decreases the need for free chlorine and makes the free chlorine work in the biomass. This mechanism is studied by our research team in the lab and successfully experienced in more than 60 cooling water systems. W.T also contains 80% of dry and active material and is by far the most concentrated products of its kind. We have more than 18 years of experience with this technology, dosage of the product should be 80 ppm in the recirculation water for an optimum result, depending on circumstances, and this dosage can be reduced to 20 pp, in the re-circulation water. In case of severe fouling, process leakages, cleaning operation is done after treatment. The dosage can be increased to 10 times the normal dosage for fast cleaning. (During a few days to a few Weeks) W.T is a non dangerous product, does not need any special safety or handling precautions and will note influence the biological or fysico-chemicals waste water treatment.
There is also no need for ph control of the treated water, W.T works in a ph range of 2-12. we have hundreds of references with this product in all different kinds of industries, in all different operating circumstances during more than 18 years of experience. With W.T one Is able to control corrosion and avoid the formation of deposits (inorganic and other) and the formation of bio film (legionella!) there will be no need of any dangerous acid (dangerous for human and system). You will work with free ph an over dosage of W.T is not dangerous at all. It will clean system without any danger. Bio-active is very well known biocide used in recirculation cooling water, Bio-active is liquid broad-spectrum micro bio-active, especially developed for casteriological control of industrial cooling-water system. Bio-active is a non-oxidising biocide and is also not corrosive on materials.
