Our commitment is not limited to the supply of a product. Far from it! We offer a comprehensive service for the complete time of use of your equipment to maximize productivity and minimize your expenses for their operation. 

Mounting/Installation.

It's already with the correct installation of our plants where quality begins. Therefore, we offer professional mounting by trained and specialised service technicians.

The following types of mounting are part of our offer.

  • laying of pipelines in PE, PVC and PVDF
  • execution of electric installation tasks
  • connection of the plant to SPS
  • On demand we also execute rebuildings and plant enlargement. Your advantage: plant and mounting from one hand.

Commissioning: The right start for your Plant

We offer professional commissioning of your plant by our service technicians. You will profit from correctly adjusted processes and optimal machine-tool efficiency from the beginning on. After successful commissioning our service technician informs the customer on the adjusted plant parameters and trains the operators of the plant. 

Maintenance: Condition for constantly high operation safety

Regular precautionary maintenance by service technicians enables an higher standard of operation safety, reduces the operation costs and extends the lifetime of your plant. Here, we offer maintenance contracts orientated individually at your requirements. 

Repair: Our Service

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. It therefore matters to us that repair orders are dealt with swiftly and conscientiously. ProMinent Dosiertechnik GmbH has set itself the aim of protecting people and the environment with its industry solutions, hence the reason why, with our extensive range of materials, we have been able to guarantee the safe handling of a range of problematical feed chemicals (many of them hazardous chemicals). We are justifiably proud of this. However the health of our employees is also important to us – indeed it is our primary concern. For this reason we have put in place measures to offer greater protection to our employees – particularly with issues as important as repair, maintenance and the return of hired or test systems. We would be grateful if you would adhere to the following to ensure that, as our customer, you do not experience any waiting times and that your repair orders or returns can be accepted: 

  • Please clean your product thoroughly and remove any hazardous substances.
  • Then complete the Decontamination Declaration form. It is imperative that you specify the feed chemical used and attach the relevant safety data sheets.
  • Attach these documents visibly to the outside of the package.
  • Write the word – REPAIR – legibly on the outside of your package.
  • Send your package to the following address:

We can process repairs sent in this way immediately. Please appreciate that any products returned to us for repair that have not been cleaned and are not carrying a Decontamination Declaration form will be returned to you immediately. Please also consider that your freight company is not authorised to transport any parcels containing hazardous substances. The same applies to the return of hired or test systems. 

Trouble-Shooting: If really somehting shouldn't work

Of course, from time to time, questions arise with the operation of our products or plants. Be it that the operation is not understood, you reorganize your process or want to have other changes, or that one of our products has stopped working correctly, for whatever reason. No problem! Our technical supporters will be pleased to help you. In most cases your question can directly be answered on the phone. If that should not be possible, our supporters will do their best to help you the fastest possible way. This might be by informing a service technician to pass at your premises or by sending a spare part or replacement product, or by other measures… depending on the circumstances.
